Crochet Coin Bag with Rose Border, Keychain

Hello friends, this is one more Coin bag I made. Using the same technique then I made keychain. You can also make bigger one as per the requirement.

I used Vardhamaan Millenium yarn and 3.5 mm hook.

Diameter of coin bag 4" and weight 16 gm.

So I think it is the best Gift Item.

PATTERN:

R1: In mag loop dc 15, cl
First dc means ch3.

R2: dc 2 in each st, cl (30)

R3: (dc1, dc2 in next) 15 times, cl. (45).

R4: (dc1 in 2 sts, dc2 next) 15 times, cl (60)

Make two pieces.

Put WS on WS of both pieces. Sew by sc of back loop of one piece with back loop of other keeping 20 sts open (unsewed).

Then for belt, continue making chs 55-60 with the sl st in back bump of each st, join at the last sc st.

BORDER: Join green yarn at the first sc st.

R1: Make [(dc1, ch1, dc1) in one st, skip 1 st] rep till end.

20 Vs made.

Now join pink yarn in ch1-sp of first V.

R2: [5dc-popcorn, ch1 to fix it, ch2] rep till end, cl.

For locking loop of chs 50.

For keychain shown in the first photo. I made only R1 and R2. Then instead of V border, I made (sc1, ch1 skip 1 st) rep till end, cl

Crochet Puppy Shaped Coin Bag / Keychain

Hello friends how are you? Hope that you are all doing good.

Here is my next creation, Coin Bag which Puppy shaped. It is inspired by the pattern from Kerri's crochet. So thanks to her.

I used Vardhamaan Millenium yarn, hook 3.5 mm.

Length 5.5" , width 3.5" and weight 13 gm.

PATTERN:

R1: in magic loop dc 15, cl.

R2: dc 2 in each st, cl (30)

R3: (dc2) in first, dc1 next, (dc2) in next, hdc1, (hdc2) in next, sc1, sl st1. hdc 1 in next, (dc2) next, dc1 in 2 sts, (tr2) in each of the next 7 sts, dc1 in 2 sts, (dc2) next, hdc1, sl st next, sc1, (hdc2) in next, hdc1 next, (dc2) next, dc1, (dc2) in next, sl st in last. BO.

EAR: Make two. chs 12.

R1: sl st in second ch, sc1, hdc1, (hdc1, dc1) in next ch, dc1 in 2 sts, tr1 in 2 sts, 3trtog next, ch4 TURN, 3trtog, on other side, dc1, hdc1, sc1, sl st, BO.

EYES: Make 2. With thin yarn and 1 mm hook. I used embroidery yarn with double thread.

R1: in mag loop, ch1, sc 5, cl BO. Sew small bead on this eye.

MOUTH: In a mag loop make dc 4, close loosely. BO.

Sew all parts at proper place and have little bit embroidery. While attaching ear don’t attach fully keep the end part unsewed.

Make such two pieces of Puppy face.

Place markers as shown by both hand

Sew them on right side by single crochet, keeping this much part open.

Belt: Join yarn at the place after dc-row of ear. Make chs 55 and join at opposite side st.

Locking belt: Either attach press button or make a loop of chs 40 at the centre and join at the same place without twisting. Also make central belt if you want to make keychain.

The beautiful Coin bag or keychain is ready.

Heart Shaped Keychain in Puff Stitch

Today is Valentine day and I made Heart shaped keychain on this occassion. I have posted one last year (pink in above photo),

Oh!! I am very sorry that I published it so late. Actually I wrote it on 12th Feb and I supposed that I have posted it. That's the old age😉

But these are big one, for some one special. If you want to gift heart shaped keychains to many of your friends then you want the pattern which can be made quickly as this one. Hence,

PATTERN:

R1: in mag loop make (4dc-puff, ch1 to fix it, ch1) 8 times, cl.

R2: [puffs 5 in first ch1-sp, (NO ch1 between two puffs only ch1 to fix puff),

(puff1 in next)2 times,

puff 5 in next, (puff1 in next)2 times,

puff5 in next, sl st at the centre below.

Make 2 heart pieces.

Place Wrong side on WS and sew 2 pieces by sc stitch till lower end,

ch2-picot, sc on outside to join them.

Make loop of chs 60.

Decorate it by beads or zari.

Crochet Coin Bag: Fish Shaped, Fish Shaped Keychain

Hello friends,

Last week I made this Coin Bag abd Keychain. Both have same pattern, only orange coin bag is made in Vardhamaan Millenium yarn and 3.5 mm hook where as Olive green Keychain is a thin yarn Hobby stores and hook used is 1.75 mm.

Coin Bag: length 5.5", width 3.5" and weight 11 gm.

Keychain: length 3.5", and weight: 8 gm.

For coin bag and keychain both, I make two fishes as per following pattern then while joining them, I put some part open for coin bag and joined completely for keychain with some stuff inside.

Both looks very pretty. You can gift kids or use yourself also.

PATTERN: Ch17

R1: sc2, hdc2, dc3, (dc2)3 times, dc3, hdc2, sc2, ch1, on other side also work similarly that is sc2, hdc2, dc3, (dc2)3 times, dc3, hdc2, sc2, sl st in opposite side's st.

R2: ch1, sc2, hdc2, dc10, hdc2, sc2, sc1 in ch1-sp, on other side also, sc2, hdc2, dc10, hdc2, sc2.

R3: hdc7, (hdc2)3 times, hdc7, sc1,

then for wing: ch7, from second ch, sc1, hdc1, dc2, hdc1, sc1, sl st in corner st.

Again for second wing repeat.

sc2, hdc 7, (hdc2) in 3 sts, hdc 7, sl st in last st.

Make two pieces like this.

Place wrong side on wrong side, place markers in order to fix the space which we want to be open (approximately 13-14 sts)

Join by sc from right side in 5 sts, then make a wing:

(sc1,dc1) in one st, (dc1,tr1) in next, (tr1, db tr 1) in next, ch5 join by sl st in the same st.

along the tail also join by sc at the corner of tail, ch1-picot, then again sc joint on other side of first tail then sc at the next st one row down. Then make similar border on second wing and then on other side till the marker. Then make sl sts on those 14 sts which we don't want to join (sew).
