Beautiful Crochet Round Bag, Crochet Tablemat or Aasan (by one part of bag)

Hello friends,

Let's see how to make this beautiful Mini Bag. If you make only one part of bag then you can use it as Small Aasan (for any idol) or you can use it as Tablemat for flower pot.
It's 6" in diameter and just needs 50 gm yarn. I used 3.5 mm hook.
Let's start with dark purple yarn.
R1: In magic loop, dc12, cl (12) (First dc means ch3)
R2: dc2 in each st, cl (24)
Join light purple at any st.
R3: (dc1 in one st, dc2 in next) 12 times, cl (36)
R4: (dc2 in one st, dc1 next, fpdc next) 12 times, cl (48)
R5: (dc2 in front loop of next 2 sts, ch1, skip 1 st, front post sl st in next fpdc) 12 times, cl (12 petals)

R6: ch2, join on the back side in the first unworked front loop, ch1, (sc1 in 2 unworked back loop, sc 1 in back loop of next st, sc2 in next stitch) 12 times, cl (60)

R7: same as R4. (Only here the pattern is repeated 20 times)

R8: same as R5 (20 petals made) (80 sts)
Make one more piece.

Join dark color at first unworked back loop of any petal (out of 20)
R1: ch1, sc 1 in unworked back loop or each st on the back. till 60 sc-sts made. Five petals back side are unworked. (60)
R2: dc 1 in each sc-st, BO with long yarn end to sew other part.

Take another double petal part and join it with this by keeping RS on RS and sew by tapestry needle.
Belt: Make seperately, with dark purple chs 65+1
R1: sc 1 in each st, cl. BO
R2: with light purple ch1, sc 1 in each st from both sides.

Sew the belt properly.
The beautiful bag is ready.
The following video with English subtitles may help you.

ETC: Enjoy the Creativity
