Beautiful Crochet Meherap, Wall Hanging

 

Hello friends,

Here I made one Plate Decor which can be used as a Wall Hanging also. It's beautiful and multipurpose. You can also make a small hanging pot and keep it in that as a hanging plant. I used all left over yarn and 3.5 mm hook.

PATTERN: FLOWER: R1: (Orange) Make ch1, sc12 in magic loop, cl, BO. Join off-white yarn at any st.

R2: [ch2, {YO get 2 long sts (2 loops)} 2 times, then insert in next st {YO get 2 long sts (2 loops)} 3 times, there are 11 sts on hook, YO pass through all, ch1 to fix it, ch2, sl st in next orange ] rep 5 times, cl, BO.

Then fix small bead at the centre. Make such 8 off-white and 8 orange flowers. You can make all flowers in one color but beacause I am showing as a use of left over yarn so I make them in 2 colors.

Now with Green yarn make [chs 20, from second ch make sc1 in 10 chs,  (this is flower base). Again chs 25, (now we make a leaf) from second ch make (sc1, hdc1, dc7, hdc1, sc1) turn work and keep working yarn under the leaf, then on other side of leaf make (sc1, hdc1, dc7, hdc1, sc1), then sl st in first st on opposite side. Then sl st in the middle line of leaf (please watch the following video). Lastly sl st at the base] repeat all till the required length (32"). For Meherap I made this for 8 flower-bases.

For wall hanging lastly make one leaf at the centre, but here for Meherap we make ch 10 and sc 1 on each of the 9 chs then 10th sc on the base of flower, then sc 6 on the chain-space ahead (sc not in chs but on ch-sp). 

Next make one flower- base as previously made, means ch10, sc1 from second ch on 9 chs, sc at base, then sc 6 on the next chain-space then sc 1 on base of leaf, again sc 6 in next chain-space after leaf and then make one leaf as previously made means, (our leaf is of 11 sts) so make chs 12, (sc1, hdc1, dc7, hdc1, sc1) turn work and keep working yarn under the leaf, then on other side of leaf make (sc1, hdc1, dc7, hdc1, sc1), then sl st in first st on opposite side. sc6 on chain-space and make next flower-base and so on till end. BO.

Now first place the flowers as per your choice and then fix them by glue B7000. Choice of colors is your's. The beautiful Meherap is ready. If you want you can starch green part so that it could not get twisted.
