Crochet Candle Holder 1, Diya Stand, Handmade Home Decor

 

Friends here is a simple design for Candle holder. It's very simple and made for beginners. Actually I made 3-4 Candle holders before Christmas but delay in publishing this post. Sorry but you can make it next year.

Use any left over yarn and 3.5 mm hook.

R1: With colour 1, in a magic loop make dc 15, first dc is always ch3, cl.

R2: dc2 in each st, cl (30).

R3: ch2 (not considered as first hdc) hdc 1 in each st, cl (30)

R4: sc 1 in back loop of each st, cl (30). BO.

R5: dc1 in each st, cl (30). BO.

R5: With colour 2, (ch7, skip 4 sts, sc 1 in next) 6 times, cl.

  

R7: [dc1 on sc-st, ch3, (2dctog, ch3, 2dctog) in ch7-sp] 6 times, cl. 

R8: Join third colour in ch3-sp before 2dctog, make, [sc3 in ch3-sp, ch3-picot made by sc, in ch3-sp make hdc1, dc1, tr2, ch4-picot by sc, dc1, hdc1, ch3-picot by sc, sc3 in next ch3-sp, ch3-picot] 6 times, cl.

The beautiful Candle holder or Diya holder is ready. You can make it in single colour also.
