Friendship Band with Breaded Design: Bracelet / Rakhi

Hello friends, Happy friendship day to all of you. how are you all? For friendship day I made 3-4 friendship bands. Second use of friendship band is that girls / ladies can use this as a bangle or bracelet.

This breaded friendship band is very simple and looks beautiful. I use 4 ply yarn, one button and 1.75 mm crochet hook. It's length 9" and weight 5 gm. Pattern: R1: Make ch5, db tr 1 in first ch, one loop is made, (ch5, db tr in a stitch just like picot, see figure) rep till the required length. You may watch the video for help.

R2: Make sc8 on each db tr at corner turn and make 8 sc on other side also means chains side, BO.

A strip of loops is made. Now make a similar strip by other colour also.

Now place one strip over other and (pass the bottom strip through the loop of top strip) repeat this throughout.

The beautiful breaded band is ready. Now sew one button to the first loop. Fix last loop of other end by sewing 2-3 stitches and keep last loop open to pass the button. The following video with English subtitles may help you. ETC: Enjoy the Creativity.
