Crochet Table Mat S-Shaped:

Hello friends, My new creation is this S-shaped table mat. Pattern: Yarn used Magenta, Green and yellow in 4 ply. Crochet hook 3.5 mm. Length 24: width 14” weight 80 gm. Flower: Make ring of ch6. R1: tr 32 in ring, cl (32 sts) (first tr means ch4)

R2: ch1, sc 1 in each st, cl.

R3: Join yellow yarn in any st, [ch5, db tr 1 at base st, (loop formed) ch5, sl st in 3rd ch, dc 10 on db tr side of loop, sc 1 in next st] rep 32 times, lastly join at first st, get the st on back side.

R4: sl st 5 till the join of ch5 and db tr (edge of initial loop), sc 1 there, [ch2, sc 1 in edge of next initial loop] rep till end.

Make two such flowers. Green Part: Join green yarn at any ch1-loop Row: 1: ch1, sc 1 in same st, (ch3, sc 1 in ch1-picot of next loop) rep till end.

R2: shell in first st, (shell means (dc2, ch2, dc2) in the same st, [ch2, skip next ch3-sp, shell in next ch3-sp] rep till end.

R3: sl st till ch2-sp of first shell, [shell on shell, ch2, sc 1 in ch2-sp, ch2] rep, R4: [ shell on shell, ch3, sc1 on previous sc-st, ch3] rep.

R5: sl st till ch2-sp of shell, sc 1 there, [ ch7, sc 1 at ch2-sp of next shell] rep R6: dc11 in each ch7-sp.

R7: shell on first st, [ch2, shell in the joint of two 11dcs group, ch2, shell on 6th st (out of 11dc)] rep (last shell will be on last st)

R8: as row 3. R9: as row 4.

Repeat these 9 rows for other flower also. Join two pieces at 2 points and fill the gap (shown in next picture) with ch7 and dc11 on that.

Border: with brown and yellow. Join brown yarn at ch2-sp of first top shell. R1: sc 1 in same st,( ch7, sc 1 in ch2-sp of next shell) rep, BO.

R2: Join same yarn to work on RS, ch2, hdc 7 in each gap.

R3: by yellow: sc1 in first st, hdc 1 in first st including green row below, sc1 in next st, [skip 2 sts, (dc 1 in next, ch3, sc 1 in dc at top) 6 times, skip 2 sts, sc 1 in next, long hdc 1 in one row below on green st, sc 1 in next] repeat till end.
