Crochet Fruits Dish Part 2: Custard Apple / Suger Apple
Next fruit in that fruit dish of previous post, is "Custard Apple". Maharastra state (my native) leads in India for its production. It prevents ulcer, acidity etc. It has micronutriants which are beneficiary for skin. Thus very useful for health. It is also one of the income sourse of tribal people. For more production of this fruit, in my city one of the news paper press "Dainik Hindustan", runs the project every year. They ask people to give them all seeds in the custard apple they ate. As there are ample number of seeds in that and that too big; so after eating we wash the seeds and then donate it to that press. Their volenteers throw them in forest areas so that cultivation increases and it will help those tribal people.
