Crochet Doily 12 for Laxmi Pujan (Navaratri) 4

Hello friends, how are you all? Hope fine. As I want to do doilies resembling lotus design, so I am searching for that and I saw this beautiful bed sheet by Milagros Ena on You tube. I liked the design. I am thankful to her for this beautiful design. Then making corresponding changes for my yarn, I made only flower as a doily in different shades of purple colour yarn. I used 3.5 mm crochet hook. Diameter of doily is 13.5" and weight 65 gm. Pattern: With white yarn, make a ring of ch 8. R1: (cluster 1, ch2) 8 times in a rinf. (8 clusters, 8 ch2-gaps) Cluster means incomplete dc 3, YO pass through all 7 sts, ch 1 to fix it. Also note that first incomplete dc means ch2 and first dc means ch3. R2: sl st in ch2-sp, [(cluster 1, ch2, cluster 1) in the ch2-sp, ch2] 8 times, cl. (16 clusters, 16 ch2-sps) Fig 2.
R3: Join light purple in ch2-sp. (cluster 1, ch3) in each ch2-sp, cl. (16 clusters, 16 ch3-sps). R4: Join more dark yarn in ch3-sp. [(cluster 1, ch2, cluster 1) in each ch3-sp, ch2], cl. (cluster 32, ch2 spaces 32). Fig 3.
R5: With the same colour, (cluster 1, ch2) in each ch2 spaces, cl. (32 clusters, 32 ch2-sps) Fig 4. R6: With dark purple yarn. [(cluster 1, ch2, cluster 1) in each ch2-sp, seperated by ch2] rep, cl. (64 clusters) Fig 5.
R7: Join more dark colour in the ch2 gap between two pairs of clusters. (dc9, join in next ch2-gap) repeat, cl. (32 fans of dc9) Fig 6. R8: Work this round on back side. sc 1 at the joint of two fans, ch5, sc 1 in next joint rep, cl. Fig 7.
R9: Join white yarn in some ch5-sp on back side. [ch 12 turn, sc 1 in same ch5-sp, ch3 turn, (dc10, ch3, dc10) on ch12 loop, join by sc 1 in the same ch5-sp, ch5, sc 1 in next ch5-sp] rep, cl. (16 white leaves made). BO. Fig 8.
R10: Join light purple at double ch5 sp (with dark purple and white both yarns, ch1, sc 1 taking both ch5, [dc 1 on the first white dc out of 10 dcs, BPdc 1 in each of the 9 white dcs, in ch3-sp make (dc2, ch3, dc2) call this as shell, BPdc 1 in each of the 10 white dcs, join by sc1 in unworked ch5, taking both ch5 together] rep for all 16 white leaves. Fig 9.
R11: Join dark purple at ch3 sh of shell. Make [shell on shell, BPdc 1 on 9 dcs, incomplete BPdc on 10th dc, incomplete BPdc on the first dc of next leaf, YO pass through all three sts, BPdc 1 in next, remove hook, insert in the 9th BPdc of previous leaf and pass the working st through that, again BPdc in next means third dc on second leaf, remove hook, insert the hook in 8th BPdc of previous leaf, pass the working st through it, BPdc in next dc, remove hook and pass the st through 7th BPdc of previous leaf, then BPdc 1 in remaining 6 white dcs of second leaf] rep, cl. This is just like sewing last 4 sts (bottom sts) of two adjecent leaves together. See fig 10.
Finally it will look as in fig 1. The following video may help you.
ETC: Enjoy the Creativity.
