How are you all? Here is my new creation Baby Socks. I made it for 6-9 months but you can make them in any size, I will tell the corresponding changes.
I use Bernet Softee purple yarn and Red Heart cream color yarn with 3.5 mm hook.

R1: In a magic loop make dcs 12, cl.
R2: dc2 in each st, cl (24). Join purple color at any st.
R3: dc 1 in each st, cl.
R4, R5, R6, R7: same as R3.
Make a knot but don't cut yarn. Place two markers in sts separating by 11 sts in between.
Join off-white yarn in a st just next to marker.
R8: ch1, hdc 1 in 5 sts, (hdc2) in next, hdc1 in next 5 sts, cl. (12)
R9 and R10: ch1, hdc 1 in each st. (12 sts)
Fold these 12 sts and sew 6 sts by tapestry needle (as shown in the video).
Join purple yarn in the middle of cream sts, now we shall work in round.
R11: ch1, sc2 in hdc-space (6 sts), sc1 in each st, sc 1 in each of the purple sts, sc2 in white hdc-space.
I have 25 sts but for border I need even number of sts, hence I decrease 1 or make (2sctog).
R12, R13, R14 and R15: dc 1 in each of the 24 sts, cl.
Join off-white yarn at any st.
Border: ch2(don't consider as first dc or fpdc
R16: (fpdc 1, bpdc1) 12 times

The beautiful socks are ready.
For Socks of different sizes, make following changes....

2. Repeat R12 five times for 9-12 months, 3 times for 3-6 months and 2 times for 0-3 month.

How are you all. Hope doing well and engage in your hobbies. From 5th of August Shravan month (Sawan: a month of festival is arriving and after that Gauri - Ganapati are about to come in India. Every year we have same enthusiasum same energy to celebrate the festivals. Many of my friends wish that every year they want new Plate decor for NAIVEDYA and also new Samai Decorator.

ch 8, make another leaf from second ch (sc1, hdc1, dc3, hdc1, sc1),
sc1 in 6 sts, ch 8, by sl st join these chs with second leaf of previous pattern of leaves] repeat around. Lastly sc 1 in remaining 4 sts. BO.
Join red yarn at the first leaf.

Join yellow yarn at the first red st.
R5: sc1 in ch2-sp, [in each ch2-sp between two 2dctogs make (sc1, hdc1, dc2, hdc1, sc1), sc1 at the joint of two leaves] rep till end, BO.
Meherap or Plate decor is ready.
On some special occasion when you place it around the plate and serve the lunch it's unforgetable.
Samai Rangoli: Make a ring of ch 60.
R1: [dc1 in 4 sts, (dc2) in next] 12 times, cl (72).
Stem round is made as in Meherap (shown in video) even numer of scs in between are also same only that leaves are made little smaller.
Leaves: ch 6, from second ch, sc1, hdc1, dc1, hdc1, sc1). For stem ch6, skip 3 chs, sc1 in remaining 3 chs.
Next round: instead of (2dctog, ch2), I made (dc1, ch2)
In last round, only make ch1 before and after joining the flower of 3 petals.
Small Doily: For small doily R1: dc12 in magic loop, cl
R2: (dc2) in each st, cl.
R3: [dc1, (dc2) in next] 12 times, cl (36)
R4: [dc1 in 2 sts, (dc2) in next] 12 times, cl (48)
R5: [dc1 in 3 sts, (dc2) in next] 12 times, cl (60)
Form R6 follow the rounds as in Samai Rangoli.

This is the last part of that Baby set in which I made one Baby blanket. Ofcourse it's very very simple. This will also be the tutorial to learn how to make rectangular granny.
Size of the blanket is 24" x 18". I have to start with multiple of 3 plus 2 sts. Let us start with 17=15+2 chs
R1: sc1 in each ch starting from third, place marker at the second ch of ch2-sp formed, sc1 in each ch till last ch.
R2: At last st make (ch3, dc2 in same st) becomes (dc3), [skip 2 sts, (dc3) in next] rep till end, at last corner's st make (dc3, ch2, dc3, ch2, dc3), [skip 2 sts, (dc3) in next] rep till end, in the last corner's st make (dc3, ch2, dc3, ch2), join by sl st with the third ch (out of 3 chs made in the starting.
Sl st till the space between two (dc3) groups.
R3: [(dc3) in each gap between two dc3s of R2, at corner in ch2-sp make (dc3, ch2, dc3) shell, in second ch2-sp again shell means (dc3, ch2, dc3)] 2 times, cl.
sl st till the gap between two (dc3) groups.
R4: [(dc3) in each gap between two dc3s of R3, at corner in ch2-sp make (dc3, ch2, dc3) shell, (dc3) in gap between two shells of R3, in second ch2-sp again shell means (dc3, ch2, dc3)] 2 times, cl.
R5: [(dc3) in each gap between two dc3s of R4, at corner in ch2-sp make (dc3, ch2, dc3) shell, (dc3) in gap between shell and (dc3) of R4, in second ch2-sp again shell means (dc3, ch2, dc3)] 2 times, cl.
Repeat R5 till the required width reached.
You may change the color as per your choice.
Last Round: Join light purple yarn at any ch2-sp of corner. ch1, [at corner, sc1, ch3-picot by sc, sc1 in ch2-sp, ch5-picot by sc, sc1 in ch2-sp, ch3-picot by sc, (sc1 in 3 sts, ch3-picot by sc) rep till other corner] rep 4 times, cl. BO.
Flower for embroidery: R1: with dark yarn, ch1, sc6 in a magic loop, cl BO.
R2: (ch2, 2dctog, ch3, sl st in next st) rep 6 times, cl., BO.
Make 3 flowers like this. Sew them on the baby blanket as per your choice then with green yarn make little bit embroidery as shown in first photo or as per your choice.

Off white color I used is "I love this yarn" and purple is Bernet, both 4 ply. This time hook I used is 3.5 mm. I also used Zari yarn and one bead.
AASAN: with offwhite yarn...
Make chs equal to length 7", it's 36 chs.
R1: From second ch make, sc1 in 12 sts, ch1, skip 1 st, sc1 in 4 sts, ch1, skip 1 st, sc1 in 12 sts, ch1, skip 1 st, sc1 in 4 sts. 32 sc-sts, 4 ch1-sp
R2: ch1, turn, sc1 in 4 sts, ch1, sc 1 in 12 sc-sts, ch1, sc 1 in 4 sc-sts, ch1, sc1 in 12 sts.

Repeat this row 2 more times. (or equal to the width of 4 sts) BO.
Now join yarn on other side after 4sc-sts and ch1 from other corner as shown in following figer.
Again work only 12 sts for 4 rows.
