R2: ch 3 turn, (skip 2 sts, dc3 in next st) rep till end, lastly skip 2 sts, dc 1 in last st.
R3: dc3 in first gap, dc3 in next gap, join green yarn, (by green dc3 in next gap, carry forward brown yarn, dc3 in next two gaps) rep till end. BO.
R4: Start each row from right side the yarn ends are used for tassels. (With brown dc1 in first st, dc3 in next gap, with green dc3 in next two gaps) rep till end, lastly after dc 3 in last gap, dc1 in last st, BO.
R5: (with brown dc 3 in two gaps, with green dc 3 in next gap) rep till end, lastly dc3 in last 2 gaps, BO.

R7: with green dc3 in 2 gaps, with brown dc3 in 1 gap) rep till end, lastly with brown dc3 in 2 gaps, BO.
R8: with brown dc1 in first st, (with green dc3 in gap, with brown dc3 iin two gaps) rep till end, lastly dc1 in last st, BO.
Repeat rows R3 to R8 till the required width.
Next row: with brown dc 2 in first st, dc 3 in each gap till end, dc 1 in last st.
Last row with brown, dc 1 in each st (97)
Then either cut the yarn ends on both sides to make tassels or hide them and make sc border on all 4 sides. BO.
