Friends, I made this hair band (Head band) for my grand daughter Vedika whose hairs are beautiful, long and medium curly. I hope that she will love this.
Pattern:
Ch 8
Row1: dc 1 in 4th and 5th ch from hook, ch12-picot, dc 1 in last three sts. Ch3 turn,
R2: dc 1 in next 2 sts, dc 20 in ch 12-loop, remove hook from yarn, insert in first dc-st (out of 20 dcs in loop) get the working loop out of this st, dc 1 in 3 sts, ch3 turn,
R3: dc 1 in next 2 sts, ch12-picot, dc 1 in last 3 sts, ch3 turn.
R4: dc 1 in next 2 sts, dc 20 in ch 12-loop, remove hook
from yarn, insert in first dc-st (out of 20 dcs in loop) get the working loop
out of this st, dc 1 in 3 sts, ch3 turn,
Repeat R3 and R4 till the length of this measures 20”.
Join this edge with first edge by sc-sts to form circular
ring. BO.
Join another colour.
Round 1: ch1, sc 2 in each dc-gap, cl.
R2: (skip 3 sts, dc 9 in next st, skip 3 sts, sc 1 in next) rep till end, lastly skip 3 sts and cl by sl st in first st.
Then pass the second ring through first, third ring through second and so on.....
Sew show button where the first and last rings overlap.
