Since so many days I have a dream of making such cap which I had seen on Instagram (and I liked it). Here I made it and I think that It's very cute. Hope that your small baby will like it.
Yarn 4 ply Vardhman Magnus, a thick yarn compair to Vardhman Millenium, hook 3.5 mm. Height of the cap is 6.7", Circumference 16" and it's weight is 82 gm. It fits for 12 month to 15 month baby.
PATTERN: R1: In a magic loop make dc 15, cl (15)
(First dc is always ch3)
R2: dc2 in each st, cl (30)
R3: (dc1 in 2 sts, dc2 next) 10 times, cl (40)
R4: (dc1 in 3 sts, dc2 next) 10 times, cl (50)
R5: (dc1 in 9 sts, dc2 next) 5 times, cl (55).
R6: (dc1 in 10 sts, dc2 next) 5 times, cl (60)
Here I measure circumference which is 16" so ne need to increase further. Because my yarn is thick in 6 rounds only I have circumference 16", if your yarn is Millenium or thin they for 16" you may have to work 2-3 rounds more with 5 sts increase in each.
R7: dc1 in each st, cl (60)
Repeat rounf 7 till the height is 6.5" to 6.7".
Last round: ch1, sc1 in each st, cl (60)
Spiral Braid: Make chs 30+1.
R1: From second ch, (sc1, hdc2, dc1) in second st, (dc3) in each of the next chs till end, with 6-7 inches yarn end cut the yarn.
Make such 2 spirals.
Sew these two spirals at the 4th round as shown in video.
Then make two bows with Millenium red yarn.
R: In a magic loop make (ch5, db tr 5, ch5, sl st in loop) 2 times, BO with 7-8 inch yarn end.
Wrap the yarn at centre and tie it on the top of spiral.
The beautiful Baby Cap is ready.
The following video with English subtitles may help you to make this.

The most beautiful doily is here. The following video with English subtitles may help you.
See this beautiful Table runner in light yellow color.
It's length is 5 ft + 8" tessels on both sides. Weight 185 gm in which green yarn is 30-35 gm, shading yarn 50-55 gm and remaining light yellow yarn. All are Vardhman Millenium 4 ply yarns. Hook used is 3.5 mm.
PATTERN: With base color make 38 chs + 2 chs.
R1: dc 1 in each of the 5 chs starting from 4th chain (first dc is ch3, means total 6 dcs), skip 3 sts, (dc3, ch2, dc3) shell in next, skip 3 chs, dc1 in 12 chs, skip 3 chs, shell in next, skip 3 chs, dc1 in last 6 chs.
R2: dc1 on 6 dc-sts, shell on shell, dc 1 on 12 dc-sts, shell on shell, dc1 on last 6 dc-sts.
R3: dc1 on 6 dc-sts, ch6, join by sc at the base of shell in R1 (between 3dc-3dc), turn little bit then sc7 on 6ch-space just made, turn little bit, shell on shell, ch6, join by sc at the same place where previous 6chs are joined, again turn little bit and make sc7 on ch6-sp,
dc1 on 12 dc-sts, ch6, join by sc at the base of shell of R1(as done previously), sc7 on ch6-sp, shell on shell, ch6, join at same place, sc7 on ch6-sp, dc 1 on last 6 dc-sts.
R4: same as R2.
R5: dc1 on 6 dc-sts, ch6, join by sc at the base of previous to previous shell (between 3dc-3dc), turn little bit then sc7 on 6ch-space just made, turn little bit, shell on shell, ch6, join by sc at the same place where previous 6chs are joined, again turn little bit and make sc7 on ch6-sp, dc1 on 12 dc-sts, ch6, join by sc at the base of previous to previous shell (as done previously), sc7 on ch6-sp, shell on shell, ch6, join at same place, sc7 on ch6-sp, dc 1 on last 6 dc-sts.
Repeat rows 4 and 5 till the length is 3 ft - 3.5 ft.
Last row: to make all stitches in a level. dc1 on 6 dc-sts, ch3, sc1 in ch2-sp of shell, ch3, dc12, ch3, sc1 in ch2-sp of second shell, ch3, dc6.
Next we work with green yarn, join it at one corner so as to work on right side.
R1: ch1, sc1 in each dc-st, sc 3 in ch3-sp, sc1 on sc-st, sc2 at corner st, sc2 in each dc-row space, repeat this and complete the round. Number of stitches on long side are 160 each and on width side we have 40 sts each.
R2: at corner make [shell (2dctog, ch3, 2dctog), skip 3 chs] rep till corner. At corner make shell, ch4, shell on other side.
Repeat same on other 3 sides and 3 corners. BO.
We have 40 shells on length sides, 8 shells on width sides.
Now join shading red yarn at corner in ch2-sp of last shell.
R3: [(6 dc-popcorn in ch2-sp, sc1 in central gap, ch3, sc1 in same place, ch4, sc1 in same sp, ch3, sc1 in same space) call this rose bud, ch3, tr1 in ch4-sp at corner], {ch3, rose bud in next ch2-sp of shell} rep till corner, at corner [to]. Complete in this way. BO.
R4: Join yellow yarn at any ch3-sp of shell make dc4 in ch3-sp of each shell, at corner (dc 4 in ch3-sp before tr-st, at tr-st make (dc1, tr1, dc1), again dc4 in ch3-sp after tr, again dc4 in ch3-sp of each shell, cl.
R5: sc1 in gap between two groups of 4dcs, (ch8, sc1 in next gap) rep till corner. At corner ch8, sc1 before (dc, tr, dc), ch8, sc 1 after (dc, tr, dc), remaining as before, cl. Lastly instead of ch 8, make ch4 and one tr in the first sc-st. Or make ch8 join by sl st and then make 4 sl sts till the centre of next ch8-loop.
R6: (ch8, sc1 at centre of ch8-sp) rep around, cl.
R7: same as R6, BO.
Border Row: ch1, sc1 at same place, (ch4, sc 1 in next ch8-sp) rep till corner (along length side only).
R2: ch1 turn, sc4 in each ch4-sp,
R3: dc1 in each of the 4sc-sts,
ch4, join by sc with the first dc (out of these4 dcs),
(ch1, dc7 in this ch4-sp, dc1 in each of the next 4 sc-sts,
ch4, join from back side at the previous loop by sc) rep the complete row.
Make similar border on other length side. Then we shall see, how to make width part. There are already 3 rows of ch8-spaces. Last row has 13 such ch8-loops, so we decrease one loop in each row repeat this till there is only one loop.
Join yellow yarn at the centre of first ch8-loop on width side.
R1: (ch8, sc1 in next ch8-loop) 12 times, turn, sl st 3 and arrive at the middle of ch8-loop
R2: (ch8, sc1 in the centre of next loop) 11 times, turn, sl st 3 and arrive at the middle of ch8-loop
Repeat such rows till we have only 1 ch8-loop. BO.
Then for the frill border (as we made on length side), join yarn at the 7th dc-st of length side of frill border. dc4 on ch4-loop (part of ch8-loop because half way we have joined another ch8-sphence ch4 on both sides, then (ch4, join at the base of 7th dc-st, ch1 , dc7 in this ch4-sp, dc4 in next ch4-loop) rep till last ch8-loop. Here make (dc4, ch4, sc, dc7 in ch4-sp) 2 times, in last ch8-loop. Then complete other side of the triangular part. Lastly after dc7, we make dc 4 but they are already made so join by sl st at the first dc-st, make sl st 3 and go to the 4th dc-st, then ch4 and join at the gap then make dc7 in ch4-sp, Lastly join with 4th dc-st by tapestry needle.
ROSE: R1: ch1, sc6 in magic loop, cl.
R2: (dc1, ch1) 6 times, cl.
R3: (sc1, dc4, sc1) in ch1-sp, lastly join by sc on back side.
R4: on back side (ch2, sc1 on the last sc-st in the petal) 6 times, cl
R5: (sc1, dc6, sc1) in ch2-sp, cl
R6: on back side (ch3, sc1 on the last sc-st in the petal) 6 times, cl.
R7: (sc1, dc8, sc1) in ch2-sp, cl.
R8: on back side (ch4, sc1 on the last sc-st in the petal) 6 times, cl.
R9: (sc1, dc10, sc1) in ch2-sp, cl.
LEAVES: We shall make 3 leaves on each side. Each leaf is same only the stem of middle one is bigger (middle is the leaf of 25 chs) than other two leaves with leaf of 15 chs.
Make chs 15.
Fromsecond ch make sc1, hdc2, dc1, (dc2) in next, dc1, hdc2, sc1, then sl st in next ch. Now on other side also make (sc1, hdc2, dc1, (dc2), dc1, hdc2, sc1), lastly sc 1 in opposite side's sc-st, BO. Stem of 5 chs remains.
Make such 4 leaves, then also make 2 leaves with same pattern but start with 25 chs (for long stem), so that stem will be of 15 chs.
Sew as per your choice or as shown in video on both sides.
Lastly make two big tassels with 8"-9" card board wrapping 30 times. Sew them at the middle of two fans made at the corner of both sides.
